You will conduct your thesis work within our Research & Development (R&D) Department. This department is responsible for both the innovation of new products and the development of our current product lines. Our R&D team includes members in Linköping, the US office, and remote locations.

Description of the thesis
The master thesis has two main objectives. Firstly, we would like to investigate our climate impact based on our two EMAS product lines for various scenarios, cradle-to-gate, cradle-to-grave. Secondly, we would like to develop methodologies for how to harmonize Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) for our two product lines to support our customers in a well-informed decision-making. In addition to the main objectives we would also welcome recommendations on how to improve our climate footprint.
Your profile
You are nearing the completion of your studies and ready to begin your 30-credit master’s thesis. This thesis opportunity is suitable for two students with a solid background in Life Cycle Assessment (LCA), strong analytical skills, and are self-motivated and accustomed to independently seeking out information.
The work will be conducted from our Linköping Office. Strong proficiency in English is required for this position, as you will be collaborating internationally. Please note that travel to the USA may be necessary as part of the thesis work. Therefore, candidates must be eligible to obtain an ESTA or already have authorization to travel to the United States through citizenship, a valid visa, or a green card.
