We are now looking for a passionate Senior Logistics & Inventory Technician!
Position Overview
In this position as Senior Logistics & Inventory Technician, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the operations team with maintaining a high level of accuracy for inventory and data management throughout the supply chain cycle. You will be providing confirmation that we are adhering to production quality specifications for FG prior to customer handoff. You will also be responsible for organizing, coordinating, and executing logistic activities and objectives as directed by leadership based on the RWS directives.
We are looking for you who have:
- Ability to provide and demonstrate detail-oriented working pace and environment.
- Strong leadership skills, and comfortable in being able to provide on-the-job training when required.
- Effective communication skills with your team members and other departments, and using skills to complete appropriate and necessary documentation.
- Ability to demonstrate skills in managing data entry and capturing, reporting, and analysis in an ERP or similar system
- Ability to read and interpret detailed Excel spreadsheets and operational instructions
- Ability to ensure high quality standards for all inventory, both received and produced in facility.
- Comfortability with operating hand-held devices and computers.
- 3 or more years of experience that provided an understanding of production and supply chain environments.
- Must be forklift certified.
It is seen as a plus if you have:
- Associate’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or Business Administration, which could substitute up to 2-years of working experience.
- Ability to spot and research discrepancies in reports quickly and efficiently.
- Ability to showcase sound judgement in all areas of work.
- Strong organizational skills.
